Avishag Ravid

Avishag Ravid serves as the Senior Director of Repair the World, Community and Service Engagement at the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades. In this role, she develops meaningful service opportunities, builds partnerships with local organizations, and brings community members together to address important needs through service rooted in Jewish values.

Avishag brings extensive experience in Jewish communal engagement, education, program development, and relationship building. Throughout her career, she has created programs that strengthen connection, identity, and a sense of belonging. She began her professional career as a speech-language pathologist and has always been passionate about helping people connect, grow, and contribute to their communities.
