Parkinson’s Exercise Program

Our specialized Parkinson’s exercise classes are designed to support strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and mobility. Through safe and engaging exercises, participants can build confidence, stay active, and maintain independence while enjoying the benefits of movement and community.

Parkinson’s Exercise Program

Five days a week, we offer a combination of exercise, dance classes, and music therapy classes specifically designed to address the needs of those with Parkinson’s Disease.

We offer free trials of classes, but enrollment is required to attend more than once. This program is $40 per month, and participants can attend unlimited classes. (Transportation and lunches are available for an extra charge.)

Build stability, coordination, and confidence through movement tailored for Parkinson’s.

Immediately following at noon is ‘Cookies & Conversation’ a welcoming, safe place where those living with Parkinson’s come together, share, connect, and simply enjoy one another’s company. It’s an opportunity to build friendships, feel understood, and remind one another that no one has to navigate Parkinson’s alone.
