Allyson Carolan

As Senior Director of Membership, Allyson oversees the membership experience across the Kaplen JCC, including the membership office, front desks, and babysitting services. She is passionate about building meaningful connections with members and fostering a warm, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the JCC’s doors. Allyson has been part of the JCC community since 2007, when she joined as Director of Dance and Dramatic Arts. In her current role, she is excited to deepen engagement across the center and continue strengthening the sense of community that makes the JCC such a special place.

I’m passionate about creating connections and making every member feel welcomed and valued at the JCC. It’s incredibly meaningful to see our community come together each day and to be part of the experiences that bring people through our doors.
