Mission

Our mission is to foster a group of student-athletes that will develop a passion for volleyball.  We appreciate the Jewish value rachmanus. Rachmanus means compassion and includes displaying good sportsmanship, respecting yourself and others, and exhibiting appropriate behavior.

Why Play for the Palisades Aces?
Palisades Aces is a unique program that we have started at the JCC. Unlike other volleyball programs, we have tailored both our program and our pricing to be focused on training. When signing up for the Palisades Aces, you are only required to pay for training, two uniforms, and a backpack. That allows us to focus on your child’s growth and skill as a player and lets us tailor a competition schedule to best fit the needs of our program.

2024 – 2025 Information
After an exciting first season, the Palisades aces are ready to take off! We plan to register with GEVA (USAV) and AAU this season. We are looking to have a girls’ and boys’ volleyball team for the upcoming season. This coming season we are looking to play in multiple single-day tournaments and at least one multiday tournament.

Palisade Aces 2024/2025 Club

Season Information

2025 looks to be a big step forward for the Palisade Aces program in its second year. Palisade Aces is a program that is committed to advancing athletes’ abilities in volleyball. We pride ourselves in teaching our players the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and how to balance being athletes with the rest of their lives. We are looking for athletes who want to be part of a program that is both affordable but gives them opportunities and memories that truly make players love volleyball
    Joining Palisade Aces, you can expect coaching that truly cares about your child. We pride ourselves in building a competitive environment that is focused on improvement both in volleyball skills as well as learning the mental game of volleyball. Being a part of the Kaplen JCC, we are able to give our athletes an opportunity to become the best version of themselves.
We are located at the Kaplen JCC in Tenafly NJ
Plans for the upcoming Club Season:
1.      Team Size:
Maximum 12 girls per team
2.      Practices:
Twice a week for 1 ½ hours
3.      Current Plan for Tournaments
We are officially a club registered for GEVA, so we will be playing in tournaments throughout NJ and lower NY. We are also looking at planning at least one multi day tournament!
