Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana (AKA “Nawlins”), Philyss is a true Southern Belle!
Her work experience over the last 40+ years ranges from the care of infants to the elderly, and for the Special Needs population too. She has worked in hospitals, camps, schools, group homes, facilities, and in home care.
For the first half of her career, she served in more traditional roles, and for the second half, in administrative/supervisory positions.
She is blessed to be a “Mommy” and a “Maw Maw” (southern for Grandma)!
