Join nutrition and exercise expert Heidi Skolnik for a warm, candid, and practical conversation about how to eat, move, and thrive while taking GLP-1 and related medications.
Drawing from her new book, Your GLP-1 Game Plan, What Your Doctor Didn’t Tell You About How to Eat, Move, and Thrive On A Weight Loss Medication,
Heidi will go beyond the headlines and the number on the scale to talk about what really matters: your health and wellbeing. How can you protect your muscles and bones? How can side effects be managed? How much protein is enough?
We will also discuss some of those everyday moments that are not often talked about; dinner with friends, travel, holidays, inquisitive co-workers, and when the medication may not be a good choice.
In conversation with a moderator, Heidi will answer some of the questions people are asking most often, separate fact from fiction, and share practical, science-based guidance you can actually use.
Whether you’re taking a GLP-1, thinking about it, supporting someone who is, or just trying to make sense of this rapidly changing conversation, come curious and bring your questions.
You may leave with more than answers—you may leave with a game plan.
As seen on The Today Show, The View, and more.
