The Woodworking Studio

This four-week course is a hands-on introduction to working with wood. You’ll learn to measure accurately, cut cleanly, and assemble a piece that holds together the fundamentals everything else builds on.

Along the way you’ll get comfortable with the basic tools, pick up the techniques that make the difference between “close enough” and right, and build the confidence to keep going on your own after the course ends.

Each participant designs and builds an individual project to take home. During this session we will work to create a multifunctional bench. But you will also be walking away with practical skill, creative decision-making, and the satisfaction of pointing at something and saying you made it.

Who is this for: Adults of all experience levels who are interested in learning practical woodworking skills. No previous experience required, just a desire to learn, create, and enjoy the art of woodworking.

About the Instructor

Erez Cababia, known as “Erez the Carpenter,” is a woodworker and craftsman specializing in woodworking, engraving, and custom design. He brings hands-on experience, creativity, and a genuine passion for craftsmanship to every workshop. In his adult woodworking workshops, participants learn practical techniques, gain experience using tools, and create a unique wooden project in a welcoming, professional, and positive environment.
