Mark Van Buren is a Buddhist author, meditation/yoga instructor, and the mindful living trainer for the Graf Center of Englewood Hospital. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Mark helps people achieve healing, well-being, and inner peace through the transformative power of mindfulness and meditation. His approach to meditation and mindfulness training is based on the principles of mindfulness, compassion, and self-awareness. Mark believes in the potential to live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life, and is committed to providing people with the tools and practices necessary to help them achieve their wellness goals.
