Where Flavor Meets History: An Exclusive Hudson Valley Escape

Start the day with a private behind the scenes tour of the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America (CIA). Every hallway has a story, every kitchen is home to future master chefs and every meal shared in Farquharson Hall brings new culinary genius to life.

The journey continues with a private wine tasting and lunch at Milea Winery. Located on a stunning 98-acre estate in Staatsburg, New York, this scenic Hudson Valley destination offers estate-grown wines, thoughtfully prepared farm-to-table cuisine, and panoramic views of the region’s spectacular fall foliage.

The day concludes with a private tour of the historic Mills Mansion, beautifully situated along the Hudson River. Originally built in 1832 and significantly expanded in the 1890s, the mansion at Staatsburg State Historic Site is a magnificent example of the grand country estates created for America’s wealthiest families during the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Its elegant architecture and richly appointed interiors offer a fascinating glimpse into the luxury and grandeur of the Gilded Age.

  • 12:45 PM – Milea Wine lunch and wine tasting
