Early Childhood & Introductory Instrumentals
Build a love of music from the very beginning through engaging, age-appropriate classes designed to spark curiosity and joy. Small group instrument introductory classes for piano, violin, flute, and guitar.
Private Lessons
Personalized, one-on-one instruction in all instruments and voice led by our exceptional faculty of accomplished performers, educators, and industry professionals, tailored to each student’s goals and pace.
Instrumental Group Classes
Play, learn, and grow together. Build skills and confidence through collaborative music-making.
Performance Ensembles
Collaborate, connect, and grow with others through choirs, chamber ensembles, orchestras, and more.
Musicianship & Composition
Develop a deeper understanding of music through theory, ear training, composition, and creative expression.
Events & Performances
From monthly recitals to major concert stages, students regularly perform both at the JCC and beyond. Professional guest artists, masterclasses and more throughout the school year.
The Young People’s Chorus @ Thurnauer
A premier youth choir (ages 6–18) offering high-level vocal training, performance experiences, and artistic collaboration.
