Afternoon Connections

Afternoon Connections is a social program designed for young adults with developmental disabilities. It offers a range of structured activities, including art, music, light exercise, and social engagement opportunities to promote social skills, community participation, and personal growth in a supportive environment.

Afternoon Connections provides young adults (17) with developmental disabilities a unique opportunity to socialize, create, and connect in a welcoming and inclusive setting. From art and music to light exercise, our program fosters a sense of community and belonging while supporting personal growth. Discover new passions, make friends, and enjoy afternoons filled with purpose and joy.
