Our Running Program is designed for kids ages 8–14 and adults 18+ to discover the joy of running in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Whether participants are brand new to running or looking to build skills and confidence, this program focuses on developing a love for movement while improving endurance, strength, and overall fitness. All sessions are led by experienced Race Faster coaches, who create fun, engaging, and age-appropriate workouts for every level.
