Bonnie Patrick-Mattalian

Bonnie Patrick-Mattalian is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for both members and guests while driving membership growth. Before joining the team at the J, she spent over 23 years as a consultant, known for her proven solutions in customer experience strategy and her deep understanding of consumer insights and behaviors. With her extensive industry expertise, Bonnie believes the Kaplen JCC is unmatched in value, programming, and services in the region. Her enthusiasm for what’s ahead is contagious—and she brings that energy to every interaction, one member at a time!

Before coming to the J, I was privileged to support over 40 JCCs around the country for 15 years. Being able to positively impact my local community is my true passion. Collaborating with local leaders and our fabulous team here at the J, I love providing engaging and exceptional experiences at every turn in life.

Bonnie facilitated the successful launch of over 60 community centers and turnarounds for another 20, including many JCC’s from around the country. A recipient of the LifeFitness/Club Industry Businesswoman of the Year Award, she provided support for all JCCs during the pandemic through her work with the JCCA. Her family is active in law enforcement, and in supporting many charitable causes. Ask her to dance with you – she will!
