More Than Just a Class, It’s Your Moment to Connect!
Parenting little ones can feel busy, messy, and non-stop.
This program is your invitation to pause, slow down, and be fully present with your child, to share intentional time together, away from the rush.
During this 6-week series, you and your little one will:
- Move and play together through music and movement
- Explore sensory activities that spark curiosity and imagination
- Pause for mindfulness and enjoy moments of emotional connection
- Grow together as part of a warm, supportive parent community
Each session is thoughtfully designed to deepen your bond, provide you with simple tools for connection, and send you home with a smile.

Class Times:
- Little Explorers (walking and up): 9:30 – 10:15 AM
- Little Snugglers (pre-walkers): 11:00 – 11:45 AM
Ages: 0-1 year & 1-2 years

Parent & Me Program Cancellation Policy
- Make-ups are only offered for classes cancelled by the JCC.
- If a registrant cancels after the first class, a prorated credit will be applied to the registrant’s JCC account for the balance of the classes.
- All requests must be submitted by email to hmarks@jccotp.org.
