Heart to Heart in the Afternoon
Heart to Heart is an after-school program that welcomes newly arrived Israeli children and their families with warmth, meaningful connections, and a gentle landing in a new environment. Together, teen and adult volunteers create a nurturing space filled with learning, laughter, and friendship, helping children build confidence and feel at home in a new place.
Our Daily Happenings:
Monday & Wednesday
3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Ages: 5-15
3:30 pm – 4:45 pm – Homework Help
4:45 pm – 6:00 pm – Fun Activity Involvement
Free to the Community

תכנית לב אל לב אחר הצהריים
ברוכים הבאים לקהילה שלא תמצאו בשום מקום אחר.
אנחנו יודעים כמה מורכב להתחיל מחדש. אנחנו כאן כדי לעטוף, לתמוך, ולתת תחושת שייכות – לכם ולילדים.
“לב אל לב” היא תכנית אחר-הצהריים שצמחה מתוך היכרות עמוקה עם הצרכים של משפחות ישראליות חדשות שמתחילות את דרכן בקהילה שלנו.
המפגשים נבנו במיוחד כדי להעניק לילדים חוויית נחיתה רכה – עם חיבוק חם, שפה מוכרת, חברים חדשים, והכי חשוב – תחושת בית.
מה בתכנית?
- מגוון פעילויות מהנות ואיכותיות שמחברות בין הילדים לקהילה
- עזרה בשיעורי בית עם ליווי אישי בעברית ובאנגלית
- צוות המתנדבים בעלי לב ענק שיוצרים קשרים משמעותיים עם כל ילד וילד
- מקום בטוח, תומך ומזמין – בואו לגדול, להכיר, להתחבר

This year, we proudly created the very first Heart to Heart yearbook—a celebration of connection, growth, and resilience. It also served as our inaugural fundraiser to help sustain and grow the program.
