Parents, please note that the programs on this page are intended for children who do not understand Hebrew and serve as their initial exposure to the language. If your children understand Hebrew but do not communicate back in Hebrew, please register them for the Efrohim or Haverim program, or contact us to schedule a consultation meeting.

“Hebrew in Hebrew” – For Preschoolers

The “Hebrew in Hebrew” program is designed for preschool-aged children (ages 3–4) who are not yet familiar with Hebrew. The program provides an engaging introduction to Hebrew vocabulary and Jewish/Israeli culture. Each session focuses on themes relevant to the children’s world—such as colors, shapes, animals, and family—and complements what they are learning in their preschool environment. We will also celebrate the Jewish holidays in Hebrew.
Throughout the year, children will be introduced to classic Israeli children’s literature, Hebrew songs, movement, and arts and crafts activities. The content is delivered in a playful and creative way that turns the children into active participants in their Hebrew learning experience.
The “Hebrew in Hebrew” class includes 32 sessions, 50 minutes each, held on Thursdays from 3:45–4:35 PM.

“Journey in Hebrew” – HSL for Kindergarten and 3rd Grade

This program is intended for children in Kindergarten and 3rd Grade who are not Hebrew speakers. It marks the beginning of their journey in acquiring Hebrew vocabulary, speaking skills, reading, and writing. The program includes 32 sessions, each lasting 90 minutes, and covers several key areas: vocabulary acquisition, speaking, engaging introduction to the Hebrew alphabet (letter recognition, writing, and reading), and learning about the Jewish/Israeli calendar and holidays through classic Hebrew stories and songs for children.
Our journey through the Hebrew letters is supported by a professional and structured curriculum developed by the Center for Educational Technology (CET), called “Niflaot.” All materials are taught in a diverse and creative format that actively involves the children in their Hebrew learning experience.

The “Hebrew in Hebrew 1+2” class includes 32 sessions, 90 minutes each, held on Tuesdays from 3:50–5:20 PM.

The “Hebrew in Hebrew K+1” class includes 32 sessions, 90 minutes each, held on Thursdays from 3:50–5:20 PM.
