This spring, engage in a practice that invites you to shed the heaviness of winter and align with the vibrant, rising energy of the new season. Through a combination of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra Meditation, and Breathwork, we will nurture the essential elements of growth to help your intentions take root and flourish.

Yoga Nidra cultivates space for inner growth.
Breathwork allows us to feel and resonate with the energy of our fulfilled intentions.


No special equipment is required but you may bring your own mat, pillow, and/or blanket for comfort.
