ASAP – Deposit, Cancellation Fees & Policy: A $400 USD Deposit per person must be received at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Payment in full is due 45 days (July 18) before departure. A minimum number of participants are required to operate tour dates.
The cost is $4000 per person for JCC members and $4400 per person for all other community members (double occupancy). $400 Single Room supplement.
If a minimum number has not been reached prior to tour departure and the tour is canceled, you will receive a FULL refund.
60 days (July 3) before departure bookings are refundable less a $150 administration fee.
45 days (July 18) before departure payment in full is due.
