We’re bringing you David Denby, distinguished film and literary critic for New York Magazine and The New Yorker– where he is currently a staff writer and author of several acclaimed books including the bestselling memoir Great Books. Denby, a defining voice in American cultural criticism for decades, will discuss his newest book Eminent Jews: Bernstein, Brooks, Friedan, Mailer. Drawing on his experience as one of our most respected cultural commentators, Denby explains how these four towering Jewish-American figures who, though very different from each other, shaped our artistic and intellectual landscape.
