Israeli B-Mitzvah Year – A Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience

A unique program for B-Mitzvah aged children and their parents
Program will be conducted entirely in Hebrew

The B-Mitzvah year is about more than just age and a party – it’s a meaningful opportunity to pause and ask:
Who am I? Where do I belong? What really matters to me?

We are excited to launch “Israeli B-Mitzvah Year” – a new and inspiring program that accompanies children and their parents throughout the year, with bi-weekly meetings filled with meaningful content, shared experiences, and deep connection.

What to Expect:

• Personal and identity exploration – “Who am I as an individual, within my family, and in my community?”
  
• Open conversations on topics close to teens’ hearts – growth, values, body and soul
  
• Engaging with Jewish tradition and Israeli culture – in a way that feels relevant, connected, and real
  
• Exploring belonging and identity – between Israel and the U.S., between community and home
  
• A meaningful community-based project
  
• And at the end – families will design and build their own closing session together, creating a personal and shared celebration of their journey.

Why Join?

This program was specially developed for Israeli families living abroad, by the Department for Diaspora Affairs of the World Zionist Organization.
It’s thoughtfully tailored to the world of 12–13-year-olds – and to the hearts of the parents who want to walk this journey with them.

The program is conducted entirely in Hebrew and led by a skilled, compassionate facilitator with deep experience working with teens and families.
