Program Goals:
- Build proper movement patterns
- Improve overall strength, agility, and coordination
- Introduce safe resistance training techniques
- Enhance confidence and body awareness
- Encourage healthy habits and injury prevention
Open to teens ages 15-17 (all fitness levels welcome)
Class begins Sept 21 for 10 weeks
