Program Goals:

  • Build proper movement patterns
  • Improve overall strength, agility, and coordination
  • Introduce safe resistance training techniques
  • Enhance confidence and body awareness
  • Encourage healthy habits and injury prevention

Open to teens ages 15-17 (all fitness levels welcome)
Class begins Sept 21 for 10 weeks
Sundays at 11:30 AM
