We are excited to announce the launch of our new Kaplen JCC on the Palisades App!
The JCCOTP App is for JCC members only and is your way to schedule visits to use JCC health & wellness facilities and book spaces in group exercise classes.
To get started, follow the directions below. You will need your JCC imis/Membership ID code to create an account. ID codes can be found on your membership card (or in the KeyRing App if you loaded your ID card there in the past). If you did not receive an email with your ID number or need help getting started, please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Download the App
Please head to the iPhone App Store or Google Play Store and download the “JCCOTP” app.
Click/tap REGISTER to create a NEW account using your JCC imis/Membership ID number. Please enter an email that you will remember and have access to, you will use that to sign-in once your App account is set up.

Schedule a Visit or Sign-Up for an Exercise Class
To schedule a visit to our facility, select what you would like to reserve, and then choose a start time and duration, followed by “reserve”.
To sign up for a spot in a group exercise class, click/tap “Reserve Classes & Appts”, choose your day and class and tap “Reserve”. You can also view our updated virtual group exercise schedule here. This will also be how you can ultimately reserve personal training and massage, but not just yet!
The app currently allows members to make up to 3 facility reservations per week (including the fitness center, pool, tennis court, basketball court, track), and 5 group exercise class reservations per week and may reserve up to 7 days in advance. Seiden members may make up to 5 facility reservations per week (including fitness center, pool, tennis court, basketball court, track) and 5 group exercise class reservations per week and may reserve up to 14 days in advance. If reservation time shows “all spots reserved,” this means there are no available time slots for that day.
Once you click/tap “reserve” on either a facility or class you will also be able to add the reservation to your personal calendar!

Please note, that only members in good standing will be eligible to sign up for a visit or join a class. If you need to re-activate your membership, please email email@example.com. Please allow for a few days for re-activation.
