Sarah joined the senior program after many years of teaching in the JCC Drama Department. With her background as a teaching artist, Sarah brings a fresh approach to reclaiming the joy in the aging process. She creates and runs the daily programming for Club members, keeping the themes of music, drama, and art at the forefront. Sarah is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, with a major in the History of Science, Technology, and Medicine; she minored in theater, receiving an art certificate from the university as well as a vocal performance minor from Peabody Conservatory of Music. She then went on to train at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York City, completing a postgraduate certificate in theater arts.
From teaching young people the basics of theater to bringing the creative arts to the senior department, the JCC has been my home in many ways for many years.
