Camp Tikvah

Campers participate in a diverse full-day camp program, including social skills, music therapy, adaptive physical education, both instructional and recreational swim, waterpark, theme days, playground time, carnivals, Shabbat and more. Half-day afternoon (1-4 pm) option available for campers who attend 11 months of schooling.

JUNIORS AGES 5-9 (must be 5 by 6/1/19) Group sizes are no more than 6 campers.

TEENS AGES 10-14 A special life skills camp that helps teens gain the skills and confidence they need to become self-sufficient in activities of daily living, while enjoying a full camp experience. Special attention is given to life skills as well as academic enrichment. Group sizes are no more than 8 campers.

Transitions-On Our Own

Ages 15-35

A 7-week life skills, pre-vocational and recreational program for teens with intellectual and developmental delays, including autism, with self-help skills to independently participate within a 1:4 staffing ratio.

Activities include life skills, swim, sports, volunteer opportunities, and more.

Camp Haverim


Ages 3-21

Camp Haverim is a two-week camp for children and teens who attend 11 months of special schooling. A high level of supervision is provided by professionals and trained volunteers. Campers participate in a diverse full day program including social skills, swimming and water park activities, sports, yoga and adaptive physical education, academic enrichment, music therapy, art and therapy dogs.

Space is limited. Group sizes are between 4 and 8 campers. Priority is given to returning campers, participants in Special Services programs, and JCC members.

An intake interview is required for all new campers.

Summer Inclusion Training Program

A 15-hour intensive training course for teens interested in working with special needs in inclusive groups. Upon satisfactory completion of this course, participants will have the opportunity to apply to our Neil Klatskin Summer Camps for available positions.

This program is made possible with the generous support of the EGL Foundation to help support our commitment to inclusion and camp for all.
