For many older adults poor balance is a problem. Studies are proving that exercise can reduce not only the odds of falling but the odds of sustaining fall-related injuries. Join us as Maurice Cobb, certified NPTI for over ten years starts us off with a cardio warm-up and then guides us through exercises that are designed to strengthen your muscles and to increase balance and stability.
