Jumping Power is a program designed to provide you with an intense cardio and strength workout! This program takes advantage of one of the best pieces of cardio equipment – Jump Rope. The Jump Rope, put simply, provides variety, balance, speed all mixed together to get your heart rate high. The strength element of the workout is designed around specific kettlebell movements, built in between Jump Rope routines.
Led by our Master Trainer Ronnie Jumping Power will seriously challenge your cardio and strength fitness for 45 minutes.
