We get it, as a new mom you’re busy, but that doesn’t mean you can’t squeeze in an effective workout with your little one in tow! Join us for a 45-minute total body workout including cardio, strength training and core work incorporating the stroller and your baby! These simple moves work your whole body, keep your baby front and center, and allow you to meet new mom friends along the way.
