The table was always full\, the air filled with warmth and aroma\, but the kitchen wasn’t her playground back then. She only stepped into it after getting married and moving to a small apartment in Boston\, far from the familiar flavors of home. \n\n\n\nThat’s where her love story with the kitchen began. Out of longing and curiosity\, Hanita started cooking\, recreating tastes from her childhood\, and slowly developing her own voice a language of food that combines intuition\, creativity\, and heart. \n\n\n\nAfter studying culinary arts in Israel and France\, Hanita found her true calling\, blending the precision of pastry with the soul of home cooking.
