Treadmill HIIT Classes

High intensity intervals on the fabulous new Woodway treadmills combined with strength training on the floor. This is a 45 minute advanced high intensity class. Register online 48 hours in advance of the class start. This class is offered on Monday 11 am, Tuesday 10:30 am, Thursday 8:35 am, and Friday 6 am.
Introductory rate, $10 per class through August 31

Fight Back Against Parkinson’s
Rock Steady Boxing improves the quality of life for people with Parkinson’s disease through non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness training. Exercises are specifically designed for those with Parkinson’s, and focuses on overall fitness, strength, reaction time and balance.

Open to all people with Parkinson’s diagnosis. No boxing experience necessary.
