Sup Yoga with Andrea Powers
Take yoga with us on the calm water of the indoor pool and gain more strength, balance and focus! Join us for a safe and fun full-body yoga workout while all participants will be comfortably socially distanced. Each class ends with a floating meditation to ease the mind, body, and soul.
