Sarah Gottesman Lubin Program For Creative Arts & Crafts
Sarah Gottesman Lubin was an avid crafter who especially enjoyed the soft arts of quilting and needlepoint. She was an active member of the Pomegranate Guild. After her passing in December 2007, the Sarah Gottesman Lubin Program for Creative Arts and Crafts was established in her memory at the JCC so that others could explore and enjoy the exciting world of crafts and culture. This endowment provides opportunities for people to experience the sheer love and joy of creating something of beauty with their own hands. Pre-registration required for all creative arts classes.

This is the story of how oversized egos, overheated real estate rivalries, and relentless competition fueled NYC's skyscraper boom and relentless rise into the sky.
Join NYC Tour Guide Deborah Zelcer as we virtually explore the magnificent Art Deco skyscrapers built between the 1920s and '30s that propelled our metropolis into the sky.
We will send you a Zoom link prior to the event.
