A History of Movie Comedy from Charlie Chaplin to Mel Brooks
Since the beginning of motion pictures, making audiences laugh has been one of the film industry’s chief box office attractions. Fordham professor Brian Rose will look at the major highlights of screen comedy over the last 125 years, illustrated with more than 40 examples from Hollywood’s funniest films.

Virtual Art Tour with Ronnit Vasserman
A whirlwind tour through the work of Madame d'Ora, one of the 20th century's leading fashion and portrait photographers.

This lecture charts Dora Kallmus's spectacular career as one of the first women to open up a photography studio in Vienna, through her work following WWII. She turned her lens from portraits of high society to people in displaced person camps. We will see her exceptional ability to capture both the essence of beauty and the pathos of death and suffering.

Art Gallery Tours with Tobi Kahn
