Tennis play will take place on a full-sized court with either a green dot or regular ball. The green ball is a bit slower with a lower bounce, providing the kids with more opportunities to keep rallies and play. The yellow ball is for the more seasoned and advanced player. At this level, the goal is for kids to build their confidence in match play, as well as to intensify the workout!
At this level, class will focus on more match play. Strategy is introduced with refinement in techniques.
Similar to the foam ball program, motor skills are still developed in this class, incorporating with more live ball training . In addition, players develop rally skills with each other and not just a coach. Basic strategy will be introduced.
In this varied sports program, the class curriculum and teaching approach are designed to lead children through age-appropriate drills and games that will increase their self-confidence and help them develop a love for sports.
This clinic is a progressive training program to make the 5k/10k experience fun and rewarding! Your child will learn proper running form, build endurance, and flexibility.
Learn how to play with skills, drills and scrimmages. Focus will be placed on learning the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, and shooting and players will be introduced to basic team concepts.

Improve your strength and stamina for any activity! This fun workout consists of sports drills, light weights, kick boxing, circuits, fun games and interval training. We will also incorporate balance, stretch and recovery. Posture, form, and alignment STARTS NOW!
Coach Tiff is a seasoned athlete and running coach. Her extensive experience training children and teenagers will get the job done! Creating a positive fitness environment for your children through music and movement is her number one priority!
This class will focus on teaching good practices for Mind (kindness, respect to others, self-discipline, self-control, etc.), Body (coordination, balance, flexibility, etc.), and Spirit (perseverance, honesty, integrity, hard work, attitude of earning, positivity, etc.). Overall, students will have the opportunity to build their character through the mental and physical practice of Martial Arts.
