For swim levels 4 and up.
Build endurance, and coordinate and refine strokes. No competition involved.
Must be evaluated by head coach during team tryouts (see schedule).
Coincides with the swim team schedule.
Spring session will concentrate on strokes, starts, turns, and endurance without any competitions. Dryland training for all groups once per week. Newcomers to the team are welcome to join after being evaluated by our coaching staff. The group assignment is based on age and swimming skills. There is an extra charge for training aids. Fall/Winter Season (Sep 17-Mar 3): A highly competitive swim team. Concentration will be on strokes, starts, turns and endurance. Competitions are held on various Sundays. Performance Training (dryland training) included in price once per week. 90% of practice attendance required, plus time standard for groups 4-6
Spring Clinic (Mar 11-June 13): Continue to bring your strokes, starts, turns, and endurance to the next level without any competitions.
Tryouts: Tues-Thurs 9/4-9/6, 5pm
