The pools may be closed, but our coaches and trainers are here to keep the Waverunners active and fit this season. The purpose of dryland training is for swimmers to maintain strength, endurance, flexibility and of course keep them connected with teammates. All levels are offered 4 practices a week via exclusive zoom meetings with our certified trainers.
