Waverunners Pre-Swim Team - Virtual Dryland

The pools may be closed, but our coaches and trainers are here to keep the Waverunners active and fit this season. The purpose of dryland training is for swimmers to maintain strength, endurance, flexibility and of course keep them connected with teammates. Practice is twice a week via exclusive zoom meetings. "Dryland training is important even at the earliest stages of swimmer development as it encourages elite technique.
