Bergen County Kosher Nutrition Site
The Bergen County Kosher Nutrition Site is available to anyone in the community over the age of 60 years. We are open Monday-Friday, offering a hot, nutritious, kosher lunch and a chance to socialize. The Bergen County Kosher Nutrition Site was established to address the needs of older adults using a holistic approach to reduce isolation, ensure balanced nutrition, and promote a healthy lifestyle. Suggested donation of $4 per day.

Resource Library
The JCC maintains a resource library which features books, periodicals, articles, and an informative bulletin board highlighting recent research and up-to-date information.

Transportation
Daily round-trip, door-to-door/arm-to-arm transportation in our handicapped accessible vehicles is available for our participants for a low fee of $5 per day.

This service is currently available for people living in the following towns: Bergenfield, Cliffside Park, Cresskill, Dumont, Englewood, Englewood Cliffs, Fort Lee, Leonia, New Milford, Teaneck, and Tenafly. Call regarding additional areas.

Fit for Life

This program offers exercises that are designed to improve muscular strength and flexibility. Using hand-held weights, resistance bands and exercise balls, he will offer a light cardio program that will also help to increase balance and coordination. This class is good for all fitness levels.

Sit & Be Fit

This class offers a total body workout regardless of fitness level. Our instructor will introduce exercises that are designed to increase cardio fitness, enhance muscular strength & flexibility and improve joint stability, balance, coordination and agility. Pulmonary Monitoring

Pulmonary monitoring can detect asthma and other lung conditions before they become chronic. A nurse will be available to check your respiratory rates, lung sounds, and oxygen saturation monthly every third Tuesday of the month 10am-12pm.
