Exercise is an important part of healthy living for everyone; it is a vital component to maintaining balance, mobility and activities of daily living. Our classes are appropriate for all levels of ability and do not require registration.

This program offers exercises that are designed to improve muscular strength and flexibility. Using hand-held weights, resistance bands and exercise balls, he will offer a light cardio program that will also help to increase balance and coordination. This class is good for all fitness levels.
Boxing is all about movement, no contact. Come for a light boxing and resistance training class that will train your mind and body against diseases such as Parkinson’s and cardiopulmonary conditions.
This class offers a total body workout regardless of fitness level. Our instructor will introduce exercises that are designed to increase cardio fitness, enhance muscular strength & flexibility and improve joint stability, balance, coordination and agility. The workout of low impact movements uses hand-held weights, all in a fun-filled and relaxed environment. Come join us and see what you can do.
An ancient Chinese practice that helps align breath, movement, and awareness during exercise and meditation.
Increase flexibility and strength, engage your mind and body simultaneously and ward off diseases such as Parkinson’s during this enjoyable and uplifting exercise experience.
This class uses light weights and rubber exercise bands to strengthen muscles. There’s only one rule – if it hurts, don’t do it. Classes will be held in the Taub Auditiorium.

Join us as Maurice Cobb, certified NPTI for over ten years starts us off with a cardio warm-up and then guides us through exercises that are designed to strengthen your muscles and to increase balance and stability.
