Pulmonary Monitoring

Pulmonary monitoring can detect asthma and other lung conditions before they become chronic. A nurse will be available to check your respiratory rates, lung sounds, and oxygen saturation monthly every third Tuesday of the month 10am-12pm.

Younger-Onset Memory Cafe

Please join us for our Younger-Onset Memory Café; a place where individuals with younger-onset memory loss and their caregivers can enjoy stimulating cognitive and brain activities while engaging with peers in a relaxed environment that promotes social engagement and support through interaction with others experiencing similar changes.

Program offered the third Wednesday of the month, 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Lunch will be provided. RSVP required.

Maintaining a healthy blood pressure is one of the many ways you can help keep your heart healthy. Have your blood pressure taken and monitor and manage your blood pressure through a combination of resources that will be made available to you every third Wednesday of the month 10am-12pm.

Fit for Life

This program offers exercises that are designed to improve muscular strength and flexibility. Using hand-held weights, resistance bands and exercise balls, he will offer a light cardio program that will also help to increase balance and coordination. This class is good for all fitness levels.

Sit & Be Fit

This class offers a total body workout regardless of fitness level. Our instructor will introduce exercises that are designed to increase cardio fitness, enhance muscular strength & flexibility and improve joint stability, balance, coordination and agility.
