Pulmonary Monitoring

Pulmonary monitoring can detect asthma and other lung conditions before they become chronic. A nurse will be available to check your respiratory rates, lung sounds, and oxygen saturation monthly every third Tuesday of the month 10am-12pm.

Younger-Onset Memory Cafe

Please join us for our Younger-Onset Memory Café; a place where individuals with younger-onset memory loss and their caregivers can enjoy stimulating cognitive and brain activities while engaging with peers in a relaxed environment that promotes social engagement and support through interaction with others experiencing similar changes.

Easy Exercise

Bruce Locklin

This class uses light weights and rubber exercise bands to strengthen muscles. There’s only one rule – if it hurts, don’t do it. These one-hour sessions are led by Bruce Locklin, a 15-year-veteran senior-fitness instructor, certified by AAFA and Silver Sneakers.
Classes will be held in the Taub Auditiorium.
