Children, newborn through 10-year-olds, must be JCC members to register for a class. (Some exclusions may apply.)

Registration will not be processed until payment is received in full. Membership must be in good standing for member-only classes.

PHOTO PERMISSION
The Kaplen JCC on the Palisades reserves the right to use all photographs, slides and videos taken of all individuals while participating in JCC programs for any and all publicity purposes. If you do not wish to have any family member’s photo used, you must submit a written letter to the JCC stating this along with a photo of the individual/s concerned. Please address all correspondence to the Communications Department.

SIBLING DISCOUNT
A 5% sibling discount will be applied when more than one immediate family member in the same household takes the same group class at the same time. (Some exclusions may apply.)

REFUND AND PROGRAM CHANGE POLICY
If a class is cancelled by the JCC before the first session a full refund will be issued. The JCC will prorate refunds for classes cancelled after the session begins. Registrants will be charged a 10% service fee (minimum $10) to withdraw from a class. If a registrant has attended one session of the class s/he will receive a prorated refund less a 10% service fee. There will be no refunds for withdrawals after two or more sessions of the class. A $10 administrative fee will be charged for any changes to or transfers of a class.

There will be no refunds for private lessons/trainings without a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice. There are no refunds for any private lessons offered through the Thurnauer School of Music.

Refunds are not available on tickets for plays, concerts, special events or vacations camps.
