Each Pilates session incorporates varying degrees of resistance using the assistance of reformers,

towers and chairs, which are designed to maximize strength and flexibility for all workout levels.

Emphasis is on controlled breathing, toning and balancing
your body.

All classes and private sessions are by appointment.
1-on-1 instruction offers schedule flexibility and effective
workouts best suited to your personal needs.

We require 3 private or partner sessions to prepare you for group classes.
