Jewish Baby U

In partnership with Englewood Health

You’re having a baby soon and there is so much to know about and learn – childbirth basics, what to eat and how to stay active during pregnancy, and if you are Jewish, how your heritage can fit in with your childbirth prep and beyond. Jewish Baby U is a new program that combines childbirth education with an exploration of Jewish tradition & rituals regarding pregnancy, birth and parenting, all in our 2-hour classes.

Curriculum includes:
- Childbirth education classes at Englewood Health's Family Birth Place
- Jewish tradition and rituals in pregnancy with Kaplen JCC on the Palisades educator
- Nutrition education from the Graf Center for Integrative Medicine at Englewood Health
- Infant CPR demonstration from Englewood Health EMS
- Pre-natal exercise and lactation consultation with Kaplen JCC on the Palisades instructors
And more!

For full curriculum and more information, please contact Nanette Greenberg at 201.408.1435 or Adyna Rosen at 201.408.1437.
