Easy Exercise with Bruce

This class uses light weights and rubber exercise bands to strengthen muscles. There’s only one rule – if it hurts, don’t do it. Theses one-hour sessions are led by Bruce Locklin, a 15-year-veteran senior-fitness instructor, certified by AAFA and Silver Sneakers.
