Top trainers lead challenging resistance-training workouts combined with fast paced cardio to achieve max results. All classes take place in our Lab located at the gym or outdoors.

12 weekly classes to choose from, M-F 6am, 7am & 9:15am.
Work to your max potential and take as many classes as you want per month. Automatic monthly payment option is available for your convenience.
Cost: $129 monthly unlimited*, $22 per session

Pilates Apparatus Small Group Training

We offer a wide variety of small group training options daily, including Reformer I & II, Chair, Chair Fusion, Tower Power, Baby Boomer Reformer, and more!

30 Minute Sessions: Intense half hour classes with a maximum of 3 participants.
60 Minute Sessions: With a maximum of 4 participants, you still receive individual attention.

Foam Rolling Workshop

Sometimes our bodies need an extra boost to achieve optimal muscle and tissue health. Take a guided journey of your body from the bottom of your feet to those tense muscles around the skull.


The foam roller is not only a great tool to increase blood flow before a workout, but is optimal for reduce the delayed onset of muscular soreness, and improve recovery. Foam rolling is great for anyone who is looking for a deeper connection between their mind and body. Whether you're looking to warm-up before a workout, cool down using active and passive stretches post-workout or just want to relieve regular body aches and pains

MOVIN' mama

Stroll, Squat & Sprint into a fun and challenging workout!
Movin’ Mamas caters to Moms of all fitness levels.
This 45-min class includes cardio, strength training and
core work. Incorporating the stroller and baby into this
class guarantees the ultimate Mom & baby bonding!

10K Training Program for All Levels

Led by Tiffany Lebowitz, Certified Running Coach; and Hagit Tal
Join us and experience the thrill of the race! Whether this is your first 10K or you're training to make a better over-all time, Whether it’s your first race or you’re an experienced runner, our simple yet comprehensive training program will get you to the finish line feeling like a winner!

8 week schedule of independent running leading up to the JCC’s 2019 Rubin Run on Sunday, May 12


Bi-weekly coached speed and hill drill sessions


2 coached long run meets on Sundays


10K Rubin Run entry fee
