This guided half-day silent meditation retreat will teach you how to
incorporate meditation into your daily routine. Discover meditation for stress
management, relaxation, and mindfulness. During the introductory retreat
you will explore how to meditate in all forms: sitting, walking, journaling,
meditative dance, and laying down. The retreat will also include a talk on
the teaching and practice of meditation as well as group sharing experience.
