We offer a wide variety of small group training options daily, including Reformer I & II, Chair, Chair Fusion, Tower Power, Baby Boomer Reformer, and more!

30 Minute Sessions: Intense half hour classes with a maximum of 3 participants.
60 Minute Sessions: With a maximum of 4 participants, you still receive individual attention.
