Sarah Gottesman Lubin Program For Creative Arts & Crafts

Sarah Gottesman Lubin was an avid crafter who especially enjoyed the soft arts of quilting and needlepoint. She was an active member of the Pomegranate Guild. After her passing in December 2007, the Sarah Gottesman Lubin Program for Creative Arts and Crafts was established in her memory at the JCC so that others could explore and enjoy the exciting world of crafts and culture. This endowment provides opportunities for people to experience the sheer love and joy of creating something of beauty with their own hands. Pre-registration required for all creative arts classes.

Book Group

Fun fiction

Read for pleasure and then share. Join us to chat casually about books. Discussion will be lightly facilitated by Kathy Graff. Everyone is encouraged to participate.

Attendees should read the book in advance of the meeting. We will choose books that are fun to read i.e. not too dense, but well-written.

The selection for July is Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng.

Step out of your own world for a little, and journey with us into the lives of literary characters.
